Rev'Elles

Since 2013, Rêv’Elles has been offering innovative educational programs for young women aged 14 to 20, whether enrolled in school or experiencing dropout, living in Île-de-France and Lyon, and largely from disadvantaged urban areas. These programs are based on three core principles: building self-confidence, broadening horizons, and encouraging action. The entry program, “Rêv’Elles Ton Potentiel,” begins with a five-day introductory course followed by five months of support. After completing this program, participants join the Alumnae network, which provides ongoing activities and opportunities to continue developing skills.

The Société Générale Corporate Foundation supports the association’s scaling-up strategy, aiming to reach over 3,000 new beneficiaries by 2026 (compared to 1,320 young women in 2022). To achieve this, Rêv’Elles plans to continue expanding into underserved areas of Île-de-France and Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes through two main approaches:

  • Deploy its core offering in new territories to become a key player in these two regions;
  • Strengthen the ecosystem required for expansion in these regions: develop and equip its network (Role Models, referral partners, coaches), upskill and empower its Alumnae community so they can become ambassadors for the Rêv’Elles project, conduct territorial diagnostics to ensure the program meets local needs, and build partnerships with public and private funders in these areas to firmly anchor the project locally.
