Created in 2004, Rebonds! has developed an integration education centre based on two flagship projects: the rugby integration project and the women's trial. The association uses rugby as an educational tool for the integration of young audiences. The women's trial also helps to promote the practice of women's rugby in the priority neighbourhoods of the city. Since 2019, the employment integration division has set up complementary projects with the education insertion division intended for 16 to 29 year olds looking for a socio-professional insertion solution. All of these actions allow seamless pathways for the beneficiaries.
The Societe Generale The Future Is You Foundation supports the deployment of educational courses and women's rugby trials in eight departments. The educational courses comprise six to eight sessions, mainly for 8-12 year olds, and meet three main objectives: to complement physical education programmes, to respond to the challenges of educational advisors in terms of behaviour and to create connections with the most vulnerable young people. The advanced courses (Essai au Féminin) are dedicated to girls (8-12 years old) from priority neighbourhoods. At the end of the school year, multi-school educational rugby tournaments are held following the final courses.
