Les Cités d'Or is a popular educational charity that aims to design and roll out educational programmes for young adults (ages 16-25) through its Ecoles Buissonnières project, as well as for companies and institutions as a Qualiopi-certified training organisation. The aim is to promote human and social inclusion by identifying and disseminating fundamental civic and people skills that will enable them to fully participate in their own lives (autonomy) and in society (the desire and power to act). In partnership with the Civic Service Agency, this charity's educational project goes hand in hand with a civic project aimed at forging ties and promoting talent in each region.

The Societe Generale The Future is You Foundation supports Ecoles Buissonnières, which provides autonomy and civic engagement programmes with civic service status for groups of 12 participants ages 16 to 25 (29 if disabled), who are mainly from inner-city areas and selected based on their motivation. An Ecole Buissonnière (EB) lasts six months (24 hours a week) and is based on four fundamental components: a week of immersion, individual support, group support to carry out three main missions and outreach activities. EBs are strongly rooted in a local base (local residents, charities, businesses, public services) and help young people learn five fundamental and civic skills while creating a positive dynamic in their immediate environment: these include “convincing without manipulating”, “finding information and avoiding speculation”, “getting to know and accepting yourself”, “forging links” and “understanding how your environment works”.
