Promes

Jeune fille sourit

The PROMES association, created in 2016, fights against school and university failure of disadvantaged young people in Madagascar through:

  • The “CERES” Centres de Renforcement Educatif et Scolaire, intended for rural youth in the region of Fianarantsoa, by providing them with comprehensive educational and personal support, from secondary school to the baccalaureate.
  • The SESAME program, which we have supported since 2020, the objective of which is to enable Malagasy baccalaureate holders who are gifted and deserving but hampered by their modest socio-economic background and distance from the capital to pursue higher education, supporting them with a view to long-term professional insertion. They benefit from individual follow-up both academically and personally for ten months before entering training.
