Social Builder

Social Builder is the association that proves women already have everything they need to succeed in the digital world!

Founded in 2011 by Emmanuelle Larroque, Social Builder combines initiatives targeting women seeking employment or career change, the general public, and organizations to support women’s transition into future-oriented digital professions—a concrete lever for greater gender equality in the workplace.

The Société Générale Corporate Foundation supports the FEMA project – “Féminisons les métiers d’avenir” (“Let’s Feminize Future Professions”), which aims to help women and young women seeking employment retrain for careers in strategic, future-oriented sectors that are currently male-dominated: cybersecurity, the industry of the future, and sustainable cities (energy, mobility, sustainable buildings).
