A new partnership with The Ocean Cleanup: joining forces with the largest cleanup in history

Trillions of pieces of plastic are floating in our oceans today, threatening ecosystems and degrading into dangerous microplastics. The Ocean Cleanup is an international non-profit that develops and scales technologies to rid the world’s oceans of plastic.

To do this, they extract legacy plastics already present in the ocean and intercept plastic in rivers before it reaches marine ecosystems. As a major “Mission Partner”, the corporate Société Générale Foundation will provide its financial support to the activities of The Ocean Cleanup, contributing to an ocean free of plastic pollution.
