C'Possible, a charity approved by the French Ministry of Education, aims to keep young people in school and promote equal opportunities in vocational secondary schools through two complementary programmes:

  • Inspiring and motivating classroom activities based on three themes: business (introducing young people to the realities of the corporate world), culture (awakening curiosity through workshops and cultural outings) and values (raising awareness of the importance of coexisting and civic engagement).
  • One-on-one mentoring throughout the school year for students facing the greatest hardship. The charity is part of the Collectif Mentorat and currently works in nearly 100 secondary schools.

The Societe Generale The Future is You Foundation is supporting the expansion of C'possible in order to double the number of secondary school students supported from 8,100 in 2022 to 15,000 within three years. While consolidating its presence in Île-de-France, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Pays de la Loire and Hauts-de-France, the aim is to open and structure new branches in the Grand Est region (2023) as well as Nouvelle Aquitaine (2024) and Bourgogne-Franche-Comté (2025). In each target area, the project relies on local synergies with businesses and secondary schools, and on a community of volunteers selected and trained by the charity’s employees.
