Co-constructing its projects with its partners, BSF articulates its intervention around its 3 pillars of expertise:
a) the selection of suitable physical and digital content,
b) their dissemination via innovative tools, and
c) training and the support of partners.
The Societe Generale The Future is You Foundation supports phase three of the Passe Ton Bac 3 (‘Pass Your A-Levels’) programme, a continuation of phases one and two rolled out in 2021 and 2022 in Dakar and the Kaffrine Region in Senegal. Bibliothèques Sans Frontières is providing 2,000 secondary school students in the Kédougou region with Kajou SD cards to help them prepare for and pass their A-levels. The cards offer both educational content linked to the Senegalese syllabus for the various tracks (L, G, S, STEG) in their final year and additional content designed to facilitate their integration into the working world (information on careers and future courses of study, advice on setting up an income-generating activity, etc.) or their pursuit of higher education (presentation of the various universities, the courses available and possible career opportunities, etc.). All content can be accessed offline and shared via bluetooth.
