ESSOR
ESSOR responds to several problems faced by vulnerable people in order to give them the means to improve their living conditions in a sustainable manner, focusing on three areas: training and professional integration, agricultural development and education. The association offers training and professional integration services adapted to each young person’s situation within the Bureaux d’Information et d’Orientation Socio-Professionnelle (BIOSP+), Bureaux Formation Emploi (BFE) and Bureaux Orientation Emploi (BOE).
The Foundation supports the MOZ’Emprego project, which aims to promote the social and professional integration of the most vulnerable young people in Maputo and Beira (Mozambique) by promoting their employability, developing their social skills (soft skills) and facilitating their access to the labour market through training, orientation and integration programmes set up in the neighbourhoods and in the vocational training centres where Bureaux Orientation Emploi (BOE) will be established.
