Opened in 2019, the Ile-de-France branch of Duo for a job promotes intergenerational mentoring between young job seekers with an immigrant background and people over the age of fifty. It has already developed numerous partnerships with other associations to ensure the sourcing of mentors and mentees: UniR, Konexio, Simplon, Singa, La Cravate Solidaire, etc.
The Societe Generale Corporate Foundation is supporting the association in strengthening its initiatives. In 2022, its goal is to support more than 280 young refugees seeking work in the urban areas of Paris, Lille and Marseille, a new city for the association.
