ViensVoirMonTaf helps 3rd year students without a network in REP/REP+ (Priority Education Network) secondary schools to find the internship of their dreams and maximise the impact of this meeting in their career. The association deploys an innovative support program, at the heart of which is the third-year internship.
The Societe Generale Corporate Foundation is supporting the association in the development of its mentoring programme. It wants to consolidate and multiply the impact of the mentoring relationships established through the internship in year 10. This is a short mentoring programme that runs from the first meeting until the end of the school year: around nine months featuring meetings, opportunities to get in touch (internship report, career planning wishes, exams), academic support and group events to gain exposure to different professions. There are many ideas for interactions between mentor and mentee.
