The Like Ton Job programme, supported by the Passion Proximité Parcours association, fights against the assumed pedagogical orientation of schoolchildren from disadvantaged neighbourhoods by encouraging them to find a professional passion.
Its objectives:
- To offer each student the opportunity to be responsible and active in their choice of a career path.
- Highlighting the value of all career paths and sectors in the professional world.
Its actions:
- A 3-year career discovery course, from 5e (Year 8) to 3e (Year 10).
The Foundation is maintaining its support for the LIKE TON JOB programme in the Île-de-France region (75, 92, and 93) where the association is currently present, and is contributing to the expansion of the programme to the other departments (77, 78, 91, 94, and 95) over the 2023-2025 period.
