Crée ton avenir !!! (“Create your future!”), or CTA, is an association that supports vulnerable students (urban priority neighbourhoods, learning difficulties, pre-dropout etc.) from year 9 to their final year. It helps them develop plans for their future with educational programmes on career planning, time to explore the world of employment and a management and evaluation system that runs on a digital platform. The career planning programme has been tried and tested for eight years in Ile-de-France and Hauts-de-France.
The Societe Generale Corporate Foundation is supporting the expansion of the CTA career planning programme to Normandy, Pays de la Loire and Bourgogne-Franche-Comté.
