BECOMTECH promotes gender diversity in IT and digital. The association’s ambition is to support all of society so that, from today, women are fully involved in the digital transformation.
The Foundation supports the JUMP IN TECH project, an intensive digital literacy training program for teenagers aged between 14 and 17 from the priority neighborhoods of the city’s policies or from institutions located in priority education networks in 4 regions (Ile-de-France, AURA and Pays de la Loire and PACA region).
The objective of this training is to promote the emancipation of girls through the acquisition of digital skills (programming, video editing, community management, project management, etc.), meetings with professionals, company visits and openness to digital innovations.
