Since 2013, Rêv'Elles has been offering innovative educational programs aimed at young women ages 14 to 20 who are attending school or have dropped dropping out of school, living in Ile-de-France and Lyon and coming largely from Sensitive Urban Areas. It is based on three fundamentals: developing self-confidence, opening up the range of possibilities and encouraging action. The entry support program: “Rêv'Elles Ton Potentiel” starts with a five-day entry course followed by five months of support. Following this program, the young girls join the Alumnae network, allowing them to benefit from activities and continue developing skills.
The Societe Generale The Future is You Foundation supports the upscaling of the charity, which aims to reach more than 3,000 new beneficiaries by 2026 (1,320 young girls in 2022). To achieve this, Rêv'Elles wants to continue its expansion into areas with little or no coverage in the Île-de-France and Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes regions, by focusing on two main areas:
- Rolling out its essential offering in new places to become a key player in these two regions;
- Strengthening the ecosystem needed to expand the charity within these two regions, which involves developing and equipping its ecosystem (role models, providers, coaches), increasing skills and equipping its community of alumnae so that they become ambassadors for the Rêv'Elles project, carrying out local assessments to ensure that the project meets the needs of the target areas, and developing partnerships with public and private funders based in the areas in order to lay roots for the project at a local level.
