L'Ecole de la Deuxième Chance Paris

The Ecoles de la 2ème Chance (E2C) scheme was set up in 1995 to help motivated young people find work who had left school without any qualifications. An E2C does not award a diploma, but it accredits skills.

The Societe Generale The Future is You Foundation supports E2C Paris in developing and sustaining its impact in order to meet the current needs of at-risk young people in Paris, significantly increasing the number of young people supported and opening up the programme to young people from different backgrounds while providing quality employment assistance, particularly by developing civic engagement and charity projects. In addition, E2C Paris adapts its programmes to changes in the job market and recruitment needs in sectors experiencing shortages, in conjunction with partner CFAs (apprentice training centres) for vocational courses in areas such as construction, household appliance reconditioning, security, etc.
